They call Ben Henderson "Smooth"; however, he has been anything but since debuting in the UFC after losing the WEC lightweight title in December 2010. You might as well call him "Savage," as Henderson has brutalized his last three opponents and has set himself up for a showdown with lightweight champion Frankie Edgar at UFC 144 in Japan on Feb. 25. The relaxed Christian fighter called MTV Clutch from Japan to discuss his new aggressive attitude, finding out he has 30 cousins he's never met before and his plan to bring the UFC lightweight title--along with a piece of Frankie Edgar--home with him on Saturday.

UFC welterweight Jake Ellenberger has been on a "Hulk Smash" type of rampage since losing his UFC debut to current interim welterweight champion Carlos Condit. The man affectionately nicknamed "The Juggernaut" has knocked out four of his last five opponents, including a shocking 53 second TKO of the previously unstoppable Jake Shields last September. Before the big game on Sunday, the UFC held its own Super Bowl as "UFC 143" took place in Las Vegas, Nevada. Nick Diaz is a fighter's fighter. He doesn't care about being a celebrity and would rather fight, go home, count his money and repeat. That is why he's never embraced the high school beauty pageantry of UFC press tours. In Nick's eyes, being cordial with your opponent in the public view is "fake" considering you're about to beat each other bloody. But don't get it confused; Nick doesn't hate people. He just hates the pretentiousness of doing press. Good thing we caught up with Nick while he was in a good mood. With his UFC 143 fight against Carlos Condit for the interim title taking place this Saturday, Diaz spoke to us about his love/hate relationship with the press, his opponent getting overshadowed by Georges St-Pierre and why he sounded like such a butt-hole early in his career.

As Rashad Evans prepares to face Phil Davis at "UFC on Fox 2," "The Ultimate Fighter" Season 2 winner hasn't had any kind words for his opponent. Aside from the numerous barbs that have attacked Davis' fighting ability and manhood, one of Evans' finest verbal jabs came when he said that Davis is the lovechild of John Salley and Arsenio Hall. It's clear that Evans has won the verbal battle, but there's still a fight that needs to take place in the Octagon. Before Saturday's showdown, Evans spoke to MTV Clutch about Davis' "trash" abilities and how light heavyweight champion Jon Jones has been purposefully avoiding him.

"Caged" premiered last night on MTV and we're already hooked. It's a reality show that follows amateur cage fighters in Minden, Louisiana--a town where guys only have three things to do for fun: get laid, get drunk or beat another guy's ass. Oftentimes, all three are combined in one night.

Over the course of the first episode, we meet three Minden brawlers and their lady friends. Most of them already have nicknames, but now that they're on MTV, we think they can do better. The success of MMA fighters and reality TV stars is directly tied to the power of their nicknames. For example, the kids over at "Jersey Shore" and fighters like Wanderlei "The Axe Murderer" Silva and Chan Sung "The Korean Zombie" Jung. Since we love the show, we came up with some new pseudonyms for those featured in "Caged" so they don't have to stress over it.

MMA had a banner year in 2011. The UFC inked a lucrative deal with Fox, Bellator continued to grow and Strikeforce was purchased by Zuffa--not to mention, a lot of blood spilled and a lot of bones cracked in a number of memorable fights. And 2012 is shaping up to be another huge year for the sport. We have a few predictions as to how things are going to play out this year. Some may be obvious and a couple may sound like we're smoking something. However, it wouldn't be fun if we picked all of the easy ones, would it? Exactly.

You may have noticed the stunning trio of UFC Octagon girls has been missing their third musketeer, Brittney Palmer. Where, oh where, have you been, Ms. Palmer? Apparently, this stunning piece of human art took some time away from being ogled by bloodthirsty men so she could attend art school in California. Yup, this beauty has some talent and brains too. We're happy she's broadening her horizons, but we sure missed seeing her strut. Thankfully, UFC President Dana White asked fans via Twitter if they wanted to see Palmer back, they emphatically answered yes and she returned this weekend at UFC 140. MTV Clutch caught up with the artistic eye candy and to discuss her brief hiatus and triumphant return.
