We all know that the UFC 146 main event, Frank Mir vs. Junior Dos Santos, is going to be electric, bloody and memorable, but let's not overlook the other quality fights taking place tonight at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas: Cain Velasquez vs. Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva, Roy Nelson vs. Dave Herman, Stipe Miocic vs. Shane del Rosario and Stefan Struve vs. Lavar Johnson. There are going to be a whole lot of heavy-hitting heavyweights pounding away at each other.

To help bide your time until the fireworks, we present the video highlights from yesterday's press conference. It's by no means as exciting as fighting, but at least you can see your favorite heavyweights talk about fighting.

Rounding out the MTV Clutch interviews at the UFC 146 workouts, Andreas Hale spoke with heavyweight challenger and submission assassin Frank Mir, who will be going up against defending champion Junior Dos Santos in tomorrow's main event in Las Vegas. This is Mir's third time fighting for the heavyweight title, but the experience doesn't matter: the only thing that matters, he says, is what happens inside that Octagon between the two bell rings.

Talking about his two most brutal submission finishers--which pretty much cause the opponent's arm to snap like a pretzel rod---Mir said he has a few "tricks up his sleeve" to get Dos Santos to the ground for a submission victory. We can't wait to see them.

Watch the interview below, where you'll also see Mir address pre-fight hype claims that he lacks heart. Real talk: a dude who trains hard enough to be able to snap human limbs, uh yeah that's heart. Cold, mean, dark heart.

As promised, here's our interview with UFC Heavyweight Champion Junior Dos Santos. He may be a complete terror in the ring, but Andreas Hale found out Dos Santos is just a nice guy who's incredibly grateful for all his success. Junior explained how hearing his name after the phrase "undisputed heavyweight champion" has given him more confidence in the ring--but that doesn't change the fact that tomorrow's bout against Frank Mir will be his toughest yet.

We all know there's a big difference leading up to a fight when you're no longer preparing as the challenger to the title but rather when you're defending it. But the key for Dos Santos has been to hone his speed and power advantages. We also know that Dos Santos will be aiming for a knockout, but he says don't count out a surprise submission victory for Junior.

Ahead of UFC 146 tomorrow night, our very own Andreas Hale spoke with a whole slew of fighters during the UFC 146 workouts (think of it like Media Day at the Super Bowl). UFC Heavyweight Champion Junior Dos Santos shed some light on his strategy for challenger Frank Mir (he'll be going for a swift knockout), while Mir told Andreas he's going for a submission. They make it sound so easy!

But Andreas didn't just focus on the main event, he spread the love. He got some insights from Cain Velasquez and Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva, who are facing off in a heavyweight bout, as well as  Stefan Struve, Lavar Johnson, Roy Nelson and Shane Del Rosario. Check out the video for all the media day action. And if that's not enough to whet your appetite for all tomorrow night's action, don't worry: we've got full interviews with Dos Santos and Mir on the way.

UFC 146 Dos Santos vs. Mir is tomorrow night in Las Vegas and ahead of the action, MTV Clutch talked to our pal, the former host of MTV's "Bully Beatdown," Jason "Mayhem" Miller. He's taking on UFC noob C.B."The Doberman" Dollaway in one of the undercards, and in typical Mayhem fashion, he tries to strike the fear of God into Dollaway in this interview.

On paper it may not seem like a significant fight, but Miller knows this is a crucial bout for his career. Coming off a loss, he's at a crossroads, telling us that if he can't knock out this "entry level" fighter, it may be time to start thinking about retirement. Check out the interview below and see if you think he's still got a few good rounds left in him. We sure hope he does (although if he doesn't, that would give him more time to get "Bully Beatdown" back on the air).

This weekend is huge for MMA...literally. While the UFC will hold their first "All Heavyweights" main card at UFC 146 in Las Vegas, Bellator will see their biggest and baddest collide when massive heavyweight champion Cole Konrad takes on the monstrous beast known as Eric Prindle.

Together, these mammoth human fighting machines tip the scales at a total combined weight of 570 lbs. They just aren't big for no damn reason, these two also have a combined record of 17-1. While Konrad is a perfect 8-0, five of his fights have gone the distance. Meanwhile, Prindle is 9-1 with only two fights making it to the final bell. With the heavyweight strap on the line, we're anticipating these gargantuan human beings to wreak havoc inside of the cage. Hide your kids, hide your wife, because furniture is going to be moving tonight.

Man, there surely was a crapload of MMA this weekend. We're not complaining but dammit if this wasn't one of the busier weeks of watching people get their asses kicked. In that sense, it was awesome. We saw a little bit of everything from all-out brawls and ridiculous kicks to a zombie winning big. Enough of the talking, let's take a look at all of the GIFs!

Awesomely Hilarious Staredown

The weigh-in staredown is where you look in your opponent's eyes one last time before you step in the cage and try to gauge his fear or lack thereof. Instead of intimidating his opponent heading into "Bellator 69," David Rickles decided to insult Karl Amoussou by whipping out a toothbrush that basically told his foe, "Your breath is kickin' like Bruce Lee!" Everyone but Amoussou laughed.

Fortunately for Amoussou, he eeked out the decision. He would have never heard the end of that toothbrush debacle.

You know what makes a good fight better? When the fighters have beef! Not that manufactured beef. We're talking about really wanting to knock each others' heads off. That's exactly what Maiquel Falcao and Andreas Spang have heading into their middleweight final fight at "Bellator 69." The funny thing is that we're not quite sure why these two have so much animosity towards each other. All we know is that the two got into a scuffle during a photo opportunity when Falcao entered the cage to be interviewed after Spang's victory over Brian Rogers. Honestly, we don't care why!  We figure somebody is going to get put to sleep so this should be fun. The fact that there's $100k on the line should also help.

"Bellator 69" will also feature the ladies of MMA throwing down as the 25-1 Megumi Fujii takes on Jessica Aguilar in a battle of 115 pounders. Don't sleep on the ladies as we're quite sure they can choke out 80% of our readers. A welterweight semifinal showdown between Karl Amoussou and the undefeated David Rickles will also take place as both fighters are looking to punch their ticket to the finals. The card is capped off by a battle of the big dudes as Ron Sparks and Kevin Asplund square off. After last week's snoozer, we're looking for fireworks. Something tells us that we won't be let down.

Tune in tonight at 8/7c!

Walkout songs are very unique to sports. Does Greg in accounting walk into Dr. Dre's "Next Episode" on the PA system every morning at 9 am? No. As much as we would all love that, it's just not going to happen. Walkout songs are distinctly of the world of athletics; they’re a part of the entertainment package and fanfare that keep spectators engaged and coming back for more.

Especially for MMA fighters, walkout songs are critically important--the crucial link between the blood, sweat and tears of preparation and effectiveness during battle. Fighters, just like everyone else, are subject to psychological pitfalls. The right walkout song can help sustain the confidence he has spent countless hours building in the gym and in training. It can also sway the audience in a fighter's favor, which also bolsters octagon swagger.

After an exhaustive search, we've narrowed down five such fighters who have owned their personality/fighting style and nailed their choice in entrance music.

Dustin "The Diamond" Poirier couldn't have planned it any better. Just as he prepares to fight in the main event of "UFC on Fuel" tonight against "Korean Zombie" Chan-Sung Jung, a movie documenting his rise in MMA is making its rounds. "Fightville" is being given the thumbs-up from MMA fans and moviegoers alike. Pretty awesome if you're a 23-year-old who was running with the wrong crowd just three years ago. Now, Poirier is inching closer to a UFC title shot and is being noticed in the streets as the guy in that MMA movie. Before he steps in the cage to go zombie hunting, Poirier sat down with MTV Clutch to discuss his movie debut, featherweight title aspirations and if Tuesday night will be the MMA version of "The Walking Dead."
