When "The Challenge" decided to play the cruel joke of pairing exes together, you knew it would be all kinds of hellfire and brimstone. It has been. But the tension between Leroy Garrett and Naomi Defensor (aka Friends With Benefits) after their casual bedroom hump-fest on "Real World: Las Vegas" had us curious just how these two would interact with each other. Well, their time was short. The dynamic duo were dumped in the third episode. Nevertheless, their minimal time was highlighted by Leroy eliminating veteran Wes and Naomi's jealousy coming full circle before being sent home. While at "MTV Spring Break," MTV Clutch caught up with the turbulent couple to discuss their current relationship, being on "The Challenge" and how they get their groove on with all the cameras watching.

Last night on "The Pauly D Project," America finally got to see what our favorite shellack-haired star of "Jersey Shore" is up to when he's not scoping prospects at Karma and pranking his spray-tanned housemates. And we have even more Pauly D shine for you! MTV Clutch sat down with the DJ to talk about pre-fame life, girls and being the most famous Rhode Islander since the Farrelly Brothers.

Believe it or not, the man who coined "Cabs are heeyah!" was once just like you and me. He gave girls cheesy mixtapes filled with Usher songs (we're guessing he was more successful, though). You'll also want to check out the video to find out which NBA player's album he'd want to produce and how long it takes him to trust a girl enough to let her touch his hair. You know how much of a player he is when it comes to bedding the ladies of Jersey? Yeah, it's the exact opposite of that. Also, be sure to watch "The Pauly D Project" Thursdays at 10:30 p.m. on MTV.

It's not all that hard to imagine Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim as college kids, but in this clip from mtvU's "When I Was In College," they describe their experience in only a way that Tim & Eric can. The team actually met while they were undergrads at Philadelphia's Temple University. Their educational background in media production is no doubt what gives their shows the aesthetic brand they've become well known for.

The poor young man in the interview is doing his best not to get railroaded by the comfortably absurd and oddly well-dressed duo. As with most Tim and Eric interviews, any real in-depth answers are pretty much avoided. There's a lot of talk of a crazy jazz bar on the Temple campus where the school jazz band played for an entire half-hour once. It's standard Tim and Eric talk, but if you look hard enough, you can get a few nuggets of useful info, and it's always clear to see that their chemistry goes back a long way.

Now is a good chance to let MTV Clutch newbies know that our blog is run by a badly drawn cartoon character named Ryan McKee: Animated Blogger. It doesn't make sense and is obviously a huge hiring error on MTV's part, but he's running things for now and we're forced to put up with him.

Recently, Ryan noticed that morale seemed a little low around the offices and decided to bring in a motivational speaker to boost people's spirits. Enter Andrew W.K.! Yes, that Andrew W.K. The same guy who brought us "Party Hard," "It's Time to Party" and "Party Til U Puke" also gets hired by the likes of Yale, Harvard and New York University to deliver speeches on motivation. Professor W.K. took some time away from his current tour celebrating the 10th anniversary of I Get Wet to discuss his "party" ideology for everyday life. While at MTV, he also took some time to pump up the staff and create havoc.

Self-described "real comedy nerds" and former "MADtv" castmates Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele have been influenced by comedy duos far and wide--from Martin and Lewis to Mitchell and Webb to Bugs and Daffy. However, since the biracial pair's Comedy Central show "Key and Peele" consists of sketch and stand-up comedy, it inevitably gets compared to Chappelle's wildly successful show, for better or worse.

"That's a delightful comparison for us," Peele tells Clutch. "We look up to [Dave] Chappelle. We recognize that him doing his show probably has a big something to do with us having a show at all."

At the end of January, "Key & Peele" became Comedy Central's highest-rated premiere since 2009 and a couple weeks later, it was renewed for a second season. The show has been widely praised but has its detractors too. MTV Clutch caught up with the duo to discuss their musical taste, racial humor and get some closure on one of their sketches.

If you didn't know better, you'd think the guys in Philly hip-hop duo Chiddy Bang are 300 pounds each. Their new album is named Breakfast, they have mixtapes named Peanut Butter and Swelly and Grab A Plate and they insist their label buys them breakfast anywhere they go. Were their heroes The Fat Boys growing up?

Lucky for fans, Chidera "Chiddy" Anamege and Noah "Xaphoon Jones" Beresin are both at healthy weights. Their career is more than healthy, as their recent single "Handclaps & Guitars" was iTunes featured Single Of The Week two weeks ago and it's been on a loop for us ever since.

MTV Clutch sat down with the guys to talk Breakfast, breakfast and their dream collaborations. Along with 2 Chainz and Kanye West, the guys say E-40 is on their list.

"He makes up words like hobosauce," Noah says. "Like, what is that?"

But the guys aren't strangers to made up words. They coined "swelly."

"Swelly is anything that's cool or dope," Chidera explains. "In our context, not being scared to be ourselves. Anything that we do we try to have fun with it, and I think that's why we've been able to progress so far."

Let's face it. Most MTV Clutch readers probably don't know much about "street life." We get our knowledge from rap lyrics and Netflixing "The Wire." It's nothing to be ashamed about--the streets aren't really for the faint of heart. It's a dangerous world out there, and we have to come fully equipped. Luckily, we have our good friend Cappadonna to help us navigate. The Wu-Tang Clan member has a few valuable tips up his sleeve for decoding the streets and life in general.

In between promoting his latest album The Pilgrimage, performing on The Black Cloud Tour and just being all around awesome, Capp spit some interesting (albeit strange) philosophies to MTV Clutch about the streets. Grab a pen and take notes. Don't be scurred. [FYI, many of these commandments have nothing to do with the streets.]

Whether you're a pro athlete or a LARP dungeon master, you've had it happen: you meet a girl, ignore her crazy eyes, hook-up and she turns into an obsessed harpy who knows WAY more about you than she should and is terrifyingly active on your Facebook wall. We're here to help!

Mishka Shubaly has become a bit of a star with his Kindle Singles chronicling twisted and hilarious stories from his booze-fueled, drug-addled, bon-vivant-on-a-budget escapades, and in his newest tale, "Are You Lonesome Tonight?" he recounts a sordid online love story gone horribly awry. It's like "Fatal Attraction" meets "Catfish," but with a juicier twist. So, because of his extensive experience on the subject, we chatted with Mishka to get his tips and tricks for spotting and thwarting stage-five clingers.

As always, he took a disturbing topic and made it darkly funny.

"Rowdy" Ronda Rousey is much more than a pretty face. Beneath those good looks lies a woman that will rip your arm off given the opportunity. The 2008 judo Olympic medalist began her professional MMA career in 2011 and has amassed a record of 4-0--with all of her victories coming via arm bar in under 50 seconds. Yes, like Wu-Tang Clan, Ronda Rousey is nothing to f*** with. Now the trash talking, rowdy one will get her chance at Strikeforce Women's gold when she faces Bantamweight champ Miesha Tate on Saturday, March 3. The buildup for the fight found Ms. Rousey verbally tormenting her foe and turned their fight into must-see TV. The fact that two hot chicks are fighting also helps. MTV Clutch caught up with the judo expert and discussed Miesha Tate, her MMA and trash talking origins, ripping off Hulk Hogan's arm, keeping her goodies in the jar and if she's single and ready to mingle.

Strikeforce Women's Bantamweight champion Miesha Tate is a hottie with a body. Not to mention that she can kick some major ass (hence, the reason why she's the bantamweight champ). This Saturday she will face undefeated "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey in the main event of Strikeforce: Tate vs. Rousey. But you see, it's bigger than two hot chicks throwing down. These two legitimately don't like each other. Actually, it might be closer to hate than dislike. MTV Clutch sat down with Ms. Tate to discuss the upcoming fight, her hatred for Rousey, how she wants to "maim" Rousey and why her opponent is nothing more than a trash talking fraud who isn't ready to see her own blood.
