Our pals over at Guyism recently published their list of 66 women to watch in 2012. As you would expect, the list is packed with some of the most incredibly gorgeous, most successful models and actresses to arise over the last year or so. Topping the list is "The Hunger Games" star Jennifer Lawrence, actress and daughter of Phil Collins, Lily Collins, British actress Juno Temple from "The Dark Knight Rises," "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo"'s Rooney Mara and Colombian Victoria's Secret model Jessica Perez. While we can't disagree with the majority of the list, we definitely feel the following five ladies are ranked too low and demand a recount.

7 Imagined Features In Will.I.Am's New Car, IAMAUTO

Black Eyed Peas' Will.i.am told Jay Leno that he's starting his own car company called IAMAUTO. His intent is to create more jobs in his birthplace of East Los Angeles while also fulfilling his need to live in a more "TRON"-like world. The car is a futuristic sporty ride built on a Chrysler chassis using a lot of OEM parts. That will ensure this concept-looking ride remains street legal when it ends up in mass production.

Will.i.am didn't give Leno any details on the starting price, or when it will be available to the super-rich public, or any of the car's other features besides the signature Beats By Dr. Dre sound system. Luckily, we're experts at making wild guesses on what selling points an automobile designed by a mildly insane celebrity will offer. Here are seven features we imagine the IAMAUTO cars will include.

5 Ways Drew Brees Should've Celebrated New Passing Record [Video]

New Orleans Saints' quarterback Drew Brees made history last night by passing for 5,087 yards this season--with one more game left. The previous record holder was Dan Marino, who held the record for 27 years. That's a huge deal. On top of that, the Saints made the Atlanta Falcons (another playoff contender) look like a Pop Warner team on "Monday Night Football." Brees had every reason to rage in celebration, but he didn't. He just said something nice about his team and tried not to cry: "This record isn't about one person. There might be just one name that goes in the ledger under the record, but it's really about the team.... I want everyone to feel a huge part of this, that this record would not have been possible without them." Real nice, Brees. Why don't you live it up for once? Sleep With Derek Jeter, Get An Autographed Baseball

That's right, folks, if you sleep with Derek Jeter, you will get a baseball, autographed by the man himself. Not only that, but you'll also get a ride home, a gift basket and possibly HPV. This is a limited time offer, so you should act fast! Offer prohibited if you're not an insanely attractive woman, like on a Minka Kelly level. (Damn, Jeter. They all gotta be dimes?)

According to the New York Post, Jeter takes the lady of his choice, usually introduced through a friend, to some hole-in-the-wall restaurant in NYC, then he takes her home and afterward, sends her off in a car. In that car is a gift basket that contains a baseball autographed by Jeter. That has to makes the woman feel like a Make-A-Wish child. Maybe in his mind, sleeping with Jeter is enough of a prize, the baseball is just a bonus.

Maybe he's right and other famous womanizers should take his lead. We brainstormed some objects other womanizing celebs should be giving out as parting gifts to one-night stands.

The Old Spice Guy Talks Gaming, Leg Lamps And Fabio [Interview]

MTV Clutch just sat down with the epitome of today's modern gentleman, The Old Spice Guy. Isaiah Mustafa is more than just a deodorant shill though. He started at wide receiver for the Arizona State Sun Devils, trained with several NFL teams, voices various video games and is a featured character in EA's new "Need For Speed The Run." Now he's traveling around the country giving out gifts as Manta Claus and will be hosting the "Funniest Commercials of the Year: 2011" on TBS this Wednesday. Isaiah took a little break to chat with us about his love of video games and what he's got on his list for Christmas.

Thanks to "South Park" and this YouTube video, gingers have taken a real social beating in the last few years. There's no real justification for it, let's be honest, but that's not going to stop kids from being kids. The gene that causes red hair and fair skin is actually a genetic mutation, but just because your genes are mildly mutated doesn't mean that you lack a soul. If you happen to be a young ginger and you're taking a lot of flack from the kids at school, just remember this: It gets better. A lifetime of sunburns and ridicule can make you an amazing musician. JWOWW Joins Our Favorite Reality Stars To Grace Maxim's Cover

JWOWW "Jersey Shore" has made the cover of Maxim, so you can call off your letter-writing campaign now. Your prayers have finally been answered! And so have hers. According to her Twitter, she was in tears when she found out she got the cover, and then again when she saw it. Sounds like someone's an emotional drinker.

Though she is the first (and hopefully only) member of the "Jersey Shore" to make Maxim's cover, she's not the first of our favorite reality show gals. For a woman to get on the cover, she must posses two or more of the following qualities: A) Be Photoshoppably hot, B) Be recognizable, C) Speak with an accent, D) Be too prudish for Playboy. Victoria's Secret aired its 2011 fashion show Tuesday on CBS. As usual, some of the most amazingly beautiful women strutted down the runway wearing the most ridiculous, sexy Halloween costumes...OK, they weren't Halloween costumes, but they totally could've been. In true Victoria's Secret fashion, there were lots of fancy wings, and even more skin. If you're not familiar with the fashion show, it's not what you'd expect. It's less of what you see in the catalog, and a lot more like what you'd see if you ate mushrooms, then looked at the catalog. Plus, everyone's really close to being naked. Kanye West, Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj and the guy from Maroon 5 showed up to give performances, turning the whole event into the most awesome party ever. 5 Hilarious Videos In Memory Of Patrice O'Neal

Today, comedian Patrice O'Neal passed away at age 41 from complications caused by a stroke he suffered about a month ago. While not a household name, O'Neal is considered one of the last decade's bravest and unique voices in comedy. His stellar appearance on the recent "Roast of Charlie Sheen" seemed like the push he needed to finally fly into mainstream. Unfortunately, now we'll never know.

O'Neal consistently stayed true to his own voice: never taking on work he didn't like, and never caring about whom he upset. He'd walk tables of comedy club patrons on a regular basis, but those audience members who stuck around became his biggest fans. It's not easy to stay on your own path as a comic, particularly because falling in line can mean more work and money. Yet, Patrice O'Neal didn't seem concerned with that sort of thing. His strong opinions on race, relationships and politics were almost always contrary to the popular, but so well formed and thought out, even if you disagreed you were laughing. Adam Shulman is one lucky dude. Wait.... Who's Adam Shulman? Well, he's the relatively unknown actor who is now engaged to the frequent object of our collective desire, Anne Hathaway. That's right, boys (and girl?), Adam Shulman is taking Anne Hathaway off the market. Yes, we admit it, we are jealous, we are absolutely jealous. It sounds like a long shot, but for quite some time, we got the vibe that she might be down to date MTV Clutch bloggers (aka schmucks). Now, after doing a little research on Adam Shulman, we're totally sure we would've had a shot. Seriously, check out this guy's IMDB page--not Anne Hathaway marriage material.
