Oakland Raiders At New York Giants

The Oakland Raiders made NFL history this past Sunday when they allowed Nick Foles to throw for seven TD passes, losing to the Eagles 49-20. Horrible news for Raiders fans, but great news for gamblers, because one of the strongest trends in the NFL is when a team underperforms the spread by more than 21 pts and is an underdog the following week. Plus, the Raiders are going up against Eli Manning, who should consider opening a bakery with his 17 turnovers.

Raiders +7.5

Dallas Cowboys At New Orleans Saints

What do leaves, clocks and Cowboys have in common? They all fall back once autumn arrives. Tony Romo has proven to come up small in big situations. Since 2010, Romo is 2-9 ATS with 11 INTs in prime-time games. Diva Dez Bryant is suffering from a tight back, and his loose lips are always looming as a potential distraction. Drew Brees is the real reason for this play; he’s as predictable as a Bourbon Street hangover, going 10-3 ATS in night home games.

Saints -6.5

Miami Dolphins At Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tough to say which team’s locker room is more of a disaster at this point. Both Florida-based franchises have been the center of some of the NFL’s most dramatic story lines this season not involving guys named Aaron Hernandez. The Dolphins, however, have some distinct advantages, coming to town with four wins, a competitive defense and a capable QB. Between Greg Schiano and staph infections, the Bucs are in desperate need of a figurative (and literal) house cleaning. Dolphins roll.

Dolphins -2.5

Prosperous Prop Bets

First score of the game WAS vs MIN – TD or Other
TD -170
“These defenses are softer than Jonathan Martin!” – Ritchie Incognito impression & prediction

Will a team score unanswered three times in WAS vs MIN?
Yes -185
Thursday Night games are sloppier than a frat house floor. Three scores in a row is easy money.
