With "Guy Court" right around the corner (check out a sneak peek tonight at 11:30 p.m. ET/PT on MTV2), we're taking a look at entertainment's greatest bailiffs. They all do a commendable job of keeping order in the courtroom, although Melanie Iglesias definitely looks the best in uniform.
1. Douglas McIntosh ("The People's Court")

McIntosh makes our list because he has the rare distinction of being a male bailiff and not being super fat. He also wins the award for "Greatest Sexual Chemistry With A Judge." You know someone's writing fan fiction about what goes on in those chambers.
2. Mason Burroughs ("Judge Alex")
Burroughs gave up a long career of fighting gang violence to be a TV show bailiff, where the only violence he'll see is if Judge Alex finally gets suffocated by his hair gel.
3. Bull ("Night Court")
Somehow this character from an '80s TV sitcom seems like the most legitimate law enforcer on our list.
4. Petri-Hawkins Byrd ("Judge Judy")
Hawkins is the richest bailiff in the history of bailiffs, and he's also a stand-up comedian. You'd need a sense of humor after watching Judge Judy scream at people day after day.
5. Melanie Iglesias ("Guy Court")
Melanie proves once and for all that the greatest asset a pop-culture bailiff can have is being really, really hot. Case closed.
