As common as plastic surgery has become, it still feels strange to discover that a guy's had work done. If you want to look better, just eat healthily and do some pushups. Still, the motivation behind plastic surgery -- the desire to look younger -- is at least understandable.
But then there are people who don't want to look younger; they want to look like a plastic doll or a different species or a mythological creature. Here are guys whose plastic surgeries will make any impulsive tattoo look like a good decision in comparison.
1. To Look Like A Cat

Most guys prefer dogs to cats, but Dennis Avner preferred to be a cat. He set the record for body modifications after a Native American chief told him to "follow the ways of the tiger."
2. To Look Like A Demon

When face tattoos just aren't getting you enough attention from goth chicks, then you may want to try adding some subdermal horns to your head. Good luck getting a job anywhere.
3. To Look Like A Lizard

Erik Sprague, or The Lizard Man, is a sideshow performer/standup comedian who did the smart thing and made his drastically altered look into a career. The "FREAK" tattoo might be unnecessary.
4. To Look Like A Ken Doll

It's definitely against Guy Code to be into Barbie dolls. Justin Jedlica has had over 100 surgeries to make himself look like a human Ken doll. Although it seems like he should be together with the woman who tried to turn herself into a human Barbie, they actually have a feud about who is more doll-like. If they can't make it work, what chance do the rest of us have?
5. To Look Like Liberace

In what may be one of the creepiest requests ever, Vegas superstar Liberace asked boyfriend Scott Thorson to get plastic surgery to make him look like a younger version of himself. Thorson went through with it, and got cheek and chin implants. And we thought couples who dressed alike were weird.
