There’s always a learning curve when you start a new job, but you’ll get the hang of it eventually. Unless you’re broadcast journalism failure A.J. Clemente, who committed a terminable offense within a couple seconds of employment.
“F***ing s***,” he began the KFYR Evening Report, unaware that he was on-air.
Soon after the incident, Clemente tweeted, “That couldn’t have gone any worse!” and “Tough day…I’ll try my hardest to come back better and learn from this.” But he’ll have to try his hardest at another network, because the North Dakota NBC affiliate has fired him for violating FCC guidelines:
Unfortunately KFYRTV has decided to let me go. Thank you to them and everyone in ND for the opportunity and everyone for the support.

Clemente is now a “free agent,” and we wish him the best of luck in his job hunt. (He delivered the news for under a minute, and soon he’ll deliver pizzas in under 30.) Here’s the video, which contains NSFW language…for you and for him.
