If you're not in Nevada--specifically, the part where prostitution is legal--then it's probably a bad idea to call the police and demand a refund from your prostitute. Just take it from 34-year-old Scott Pipher of Maine, who allegedly told local authorities that an escort owed him 10 more minutes of pleasure. Right before they arrested him.
A police sergeant told reporters that Pipher, who will be arraigned later this week, was upset that the prostitute did "not give him his money's worth." The cops also arrested two women whom Pipher had allegedly contacted online.
Incidentally, Pipher is listed on a couple prostitute social networks (who knew?) as a troublesome client, "notorious for booking out-calls and then not answering his door or phone." Back in September an "exotic dancer" reported him to 911 for theft of services because he didn't answer when she showed up at his house for a "private dance."
This is the luckiest law enforcement department in America.
