Hood State Of The Union Discusses 'Bus Driver Uppercut'

Last month, we brought you the viral video of a Cleveland bus driver uppercuting a teenage girl after a verbal argument between the two. Everyone in our office literally yelled, "Ahhhhhh!" every time we watched it...and we watched it a lot. Not because we're sick sadists, but because the whole thing is just so surprising and weird.

We had to have Charlamagne Tha God and Lil Duval weigh in on the craziest thing to come out of Cleveland since LeBron's Decision. Of course, the leaders of Hood State of the Union had plenty to say on the video and even offer some advice on how to better handle such situations.
