Off-Season Budget Priorities For The Miami Heat

Now that Lebron James has finally proven he can win a World Championship, he and the Heat want to maintain that momentum and grab a couple of three-peats like the Bulls in the '90s. That kind of dominance requires as much planning for the off-season as it does for the regular and post-season. The front office needs to allocate the right resources to the right people and keep the Big Three happy during their down time.
