By now we can all agree that the all-heavyweight trial run at UFC 146 will be replicated in the near future. While the preliminary card had slow moments, the pay-per-view big boys delivered more than enough heavy-pounding, bloody fun. Twenty-four-year-old Stefan Struve showed maturity beyond his years with a tactical submission win over Lavar Johnson. Roy Nelson waltzed to The Octagon to "We Will Rock You" by Queen and then did just that to his opponent Dave Herman. Cain Velasquez made Antonio Silva look more like a myth than a legendary Bigfoot. And for the main event, Junior dos Santos forced Frank Mir to stand toe-to-toe and pound it out, rather than get tangled up in a slow-paced ground game.
From beginning to end, this will go down as one of the best UFC events of the year, but don't take our word for it--watch the fight and post-fight press conference highlights below.
