Rounding out the MTV Clutch interviews at the UFC 146 workouts, Andreas Hale spoke with heavyweight challenger and submission assassin Frank Mir, who will be going up against defending champion Junior Dos Santos in tomorrow's main event in Las Vegas. This is Mir's third time fighting for the heavyweight title, but the experience doesn't matter: the only thing that matters, he says, is what happens inside that Octagon between the two bell rings.
Talking about his two most brutal submission finishers--which pretty much cause the opponent's arm to snap like a pretzel rod---Mir said he has a few "tricks up his sleeve" to get Dos Santos to the ground for a submission victory. We can't wait to see them.
Watch the interview below, where you'll also see Mir address pre-fight hype claims that he lacks heart. Real talk: a dude who trains hard enough to be able to snap human limbs, uh yeah that's heart. Cold, mean, dark heart.
