The former G-Unit member Young Buck got lucky early Sunday morning…no, not that kind of lucky. According to WSMV-TV, the rapper had 11 shots fired at him while driving his SUV in Nashville at 3:30 a.m. Reportedly, a car just drove past and opened fire. Buck and another passenger were both uninjured but the rapper’s girlfriend wasn’t as lucky, as she got shot in the shoulder. Luckily she has since been treated and released from the local hospital.

This is the second time Young Buck has survived a gunfight. He chronicled the first, where he wasn’t so lucky and took several bullets, on a track called “Till I’m Dead and Gone.” Tony Yayo is the only member/former member of G-Unit who hasn’t experienced bullets whizzing by him: 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks and former member Game have all been shot before.

We all know about 50 Cent taking nine bullets. That’s why he always wore a bulletproof vest when he first burst into the scene. In 2000, outside his grandma’s house in South Jamaica, Queens, the rapper was climbing into a friend’s car when the shooter, alleged to be Darryl “Hommo” Baum, walked up to his left side with a 9mm and shot him at close range. The shots hit his hand, arm, hip, both legs, chest and left cheek.

The Game, who before all the success used to be a drug dealer, heard a knock on his door at 2 a.m. on Oct. 1, 2001. Expecting to make a sale, he opened the door to a regular customer who brought two others along. A fight broke out and, while reaching for his pistol, he got shot five times execution style. After laying still for a few minutes, he used his cell phone to call an ambulance. He was taken to the hospital where he went into a three-day coma. Game depicted this in his “Dreams” video.

Lloyd Banks opened up a while ago on his experience. Outside a club in South Jamaica, Queens, Banks’ night didn’t end so well when he got shot in his back and stomach. He had to run all the way to the hospital for treatment.
