Jack Black’s Panda Baby Encounter And The ‘Kung Fu Panda’ Rap

Everything is friendly and funny when Jack Black has his arm around a giant panda with a human inside. But put him face-to-face with a real, live baby panda and that smile melts into fear. During the lead up to the premiere of “Kung Fu Panda 2” this Thursday, in which JB voices Po, Black was introduced to an actual panda, but got a stern warning that he couldn’t snuggle the adorable bear as he had hoped. Turns out, panda babies don’t like to be snuggled by humans.

Although the meeting didn’t go as well as he hoped, Jack Black is no less enthusiastic about the premiere of “Kung Fu Panda 2.” In fact, the Tenacious D frontman just debuted his “Kung Fu Panda” rap with Clutch’s Albert Lawrence. Jack also talks about bullying and how he dieted to get into optimal shape to voice Po. After the jump, check out Black’s encounter with the black and white bundle of fur.
